Q: Are you bonded and insured?
Our insurance is the best available. We're not just bonded, but we also have liability, crime and employee accident coverage. Your home, our service providers and Cleaning Maid Easy! employees are included in the coverage. Insurance validation certificates are available upon request.
Q: What if something in my home is broken?
We realize the nature of cleaning requires our staff to touch virtually all items within one's home or office. If any damage/loss does occur, simply notify us with 48 hours of the cleaning date.
Q: How do you access my Home?
We leave this up to you - whatever you feel most comfortable with.
1. You may give us a key.
2. You can leave a key under a door mat the day of cleaning.
3. You can give us the code to the garage.
4. You can meet us at your home and let us in.
Q: What if I'm not happy with my cleaning?
We offer a 24 hour guarantee! If you are not satisfied with your home cleaning, simply give us a call within twenty four hours and we will return and re-clean the areas you are not happy with.
Q: Do you furnish the cleaning supplies?
Yes. We will provide all the necessary equipment and supplies to clean your home to a shine. We only use the finest and safest products for your home.
Q. How and when do I pay for my cleaning services?
We require payment at time of service or in advance. We can accept check or cash.
